Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The products sold through our website are typically sold with warranties from 30 days to 1 year depending on the product, supplier and manufacturer. Items with warranties greater than 30 days will have this noted in the product description.

Please do understand that our items are shipped directly from suppliers around the world (often direct from China), and these warranties are “return to base”. The cost of the return is for the purchaser to cover. The replacement item will be shipped free of charge. In a lot of cases the return shipping may exceed the value of the item.

Items received faulty/not as described:

Please contact us immediately and advise of the fault. Make sure to tell us your order number so we can determine which supplier to contact for assistance. Depending on the supplier and the value of the item, the supplier may ask to have the item returned to be assessed or they may ask for additional information. In some cases, they may just send out a replacement. They will not normally consider refunds.

Items failing under warranty:

If your item fails under warranty, please feel free to reach out, letting us know your order number and what is happening with the product. We’ll reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance. The manufacturer may ask you to send back the item to be assessed and possibly repaired or replaced. For some items they may just choose to send a replacement out. The cost of returning the item to the manufacturer is borne by the purchaser and sometimes is simply just not worth it.

Refunds

We do NOT provide refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final.
